My Journey: From Rock Bottom to Purpose

Before I guide you through your transformation, let me share mine. Because I understand struggle. Real struggle.

Chapter 1: The Wrong Path

Born in Iași, Romania, I grew up in a normal family with normal income. My parents worked hard around the nuclear power plant in Cernavod. But at 18, something broke inside me.

Years of bullying—for being overweight, for not being able to defend myself—had convinced me of something dangerous: being a "bad guy" was better than being vulnerable.

So I chose that path. I started with petty crime and escalated. Drug dealing. Robbery. Stealing. Terrorizing other criminals. I moved to Constanța and went deeper into a world of illegal weapons, stolen cars, and high-risk operations.

But I kept one code: I would never hurt innocent people. Only those doing the same things I was doing. Only criminals.

The problem? My crew didn't share that code. And I couldn't leave—I'd seen too much. I was a liability.

Then came the turf war. Police arrested most of my crew. I ran home to my parents, exhausted and haunted by a realization: Money, power, and fear weren't what I thought they'd be.

Chapter 2: The Breaking Point

I promised my parents I was done. No more bad things. But life had other plans.

The nuclear plant administration—corrupt and above the law—kicked my family out of their apartment. My parents lost their home. Desperate to help them, an "opportunity" appeared. Friends offered me a job. Without thinking, without my usual planning and research, I said yes.

We were going to rob a pimp. 400,000 euros. Everything went wrong.

I nearly died. I nearly got caught. I ran to Spain, thinking it was over. But when I returned home months later, the police were waiting for me.

I paid lawyers. I paid judges. I paid to stay out of prison. Rock bottom again.

I wanted to kill myself three times in one year. I was lost, broken, and ashamed. For the first time in my life, I didn't see a way forward.

Chapter 3: The Turn

After months of darkness, I moved to Bucharest with almost nothing. My family gave me support—conditional on my promise to never go back.

For a year, I was alone and lost, not knowing what to do with my life.

Then an old friend introduced me to an Austrian businessman in the financial coaching industry. It was the first real chance I'd been given. I took it.

But I didn't just join a business—I transformed myself completely. I changed my appearance, my vocabulary, my attitude, my clothes, and most importantly, my mindset. I got a vision. I built daily habits aligned with that vision.

For the first two years, there were no external results. But everything was changing internally. I was reading. I was learning. I was becoming someone different.

In the third year, results started appearing. Promotion. Another promotion. Top 3 in Romania. Then in June 2020, I won first place with my team in an international competition across 10 countries.

It was the peak of my career. I had finally made it. I had transformed.

But that same day, my mother called.

Chapter 4: The Loss That Changed Everything

My father died in the hospital. Not from illness, but from neglect.

Due to COVID, my mother couldn't be with him. The caregivers didn't feed him. They didn't give him his Parkinson's and diabetes medications. When we picked up his body, he had bruises from restraints on his wrists. He died alone. In pain.

I wanted to burn down that hospital.

I lost the only person who believed I could be better than him. I lost my purpose. Everything I'd built suddenly felt meaningless.

For three years, I was in darkness again. I wasn't present for my team. I was toxic. I was grieving in a way I didn't know how to process. I lost it all—this time while doing the "right things," but still, bad things were happening to me.

Chapter 5: Finding Light Again

In the third year of darkness, I met someone who changed everything.

She made me smile for the first time in years. She was supportive. Positive. She made me see life again. For the first two years, everything felt amazing.

But I was still addicted to low-level drugs as a way to cope with my father's death. I corrupted what was beautiful. The money was finishing. My attention shifted from building a business to just having fun together.

The relationship became toxic. And because I had no experience with healthy relationships, I didn't know what to do. She had the strength to walk away.

I was alone again. But this time, I was ready to build something different.

Chapter 6: From Pain to Purpose

Instead of filling the hole she left with more pain, I filled it with building.

I decided I never wanted to experience that kind of grief and loss again. So I channeled everything into transformation—mine and others'.

I rebuilt the financial coaching and planning team. I got into AI-driven financial wellness training. I started working with US companies. I built woofly.travel a platform to help pet owners find pet-friendly flights (my ex's idea that I was finally ready to execute).

But all of this was preparation for what I'm doing now: building Mindful Growth Transformation .

Because I finally understood something that changed everything: Life doesn't happen TO you. Life happens FOR you. (I learned that from Tony Robbins, and it saved my life.)

Chapter 7: The Knowledge That Transformed Me

Over the last 10+ years, I've invested thousands of hours in personal development. I've read every major book that matters: NLP, psychology, behavioral science, business, mindfulness.

I've attended seminars with the people who shaped modern coaching and personal transformation: Tony Robbins, Alex Hormozi, Asharaf Chaudhry, James Clear, Grant Cardone, Brian Tracy.

I've taken every piece of knowledge and integrated it. Not just intellectually—but practically, into my daily life and habits.

And it worked. I transformed myself. I used these principles to rebuild my team and our business. I've guided dozens of people through their own transformations.

Chapter 8: Why I Built MGT

Everything I've experienced—the rock bottoms, the trauma, the grief, the comebacks—taught me one thing: Transformation is possible for anyone.

But it's not just about mindset. It's not just about positive thinking. Real transformation requires three things working together:

  • Honest self-assessment – Understanding where you really are (not where you think you are)
  • Evidence-based practices – Using what actually works, proven by science and experience
  • Daily action – Small, consistent changes that compound into complete life transformation

I built MGT because I wanted to help people like me. People who feel stuck. People who've hit bottom. People who know there's more possible but don't know how to get there.
